Delivery
Orders will be despatched (subject to payment and availability of stock) within 48 hours and shipping charges are as follows:-
UK Standard Delivery 3-5 days £3.50 – Free for orders over £150
UK Next Day Delivery £6.00 (for orders received by 1pm) – Free for orders over £150
Ireland 3 -5 days £4.50 – Free for orders over £200
Europe 3 – 5 days £7.95 - Free for orders over £200
Rest of World 10 – 14 days £17.50
Once you have placed your order shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page. Delivery times can vary and are estimates only; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, inclement weather or any other circumstance outside of our control.
UK parcels are sent by First Class Royal Mail; deliveries to the rest of the world are sent by Parcel Force.
VAT at 20% is already included in the purchase price for all goods within the EEC. For items sent outside the EEC we will deduct the relevant tax once your order is received and inform you by email of the amended amount. Please note that all orders sent to USA and the Rest of the World may be subject to local import duties and taxes; these charges plus any charges for Customs Clearance must be borne by you, the customer.
Postage and Gift Wrapping costs will not be refunded.
Gift Wrapping
If you would like your item gift wrapped please inform us when placing your order. The charge for gift wrapping is £2.95.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will be happy to exchange or refund unworn purchases, providing the goods are returned with all the tags intact within 14 days upon receipt of the unwanted items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please take care when unpacking and repacking. Ensure briefs are tried on over your own lingerie.

We recommend you obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
If the original order was for over £200, receiving free postage and the returned items bring the value of the order to below £200, then the normal rate of postage will be deducted from the credit due on the returned items.
Once we have received the items we will process your request and contact you to inform you of your replacements being sent out or the credit to your account. Refunds and exchanges (subject to availability of stock) are made within 7 days of receipt.
